Genuine Sake & Sushi Diner 'uotami' Matsumoto Station menu

I’m excited to introduce Genuine Sake & Sushi Diner 'uotami' Matsumoto Station, a laid-back izakaya-style spot that feels right at home near the buzz of Matsumoto Station. Tucked inside a street-level building in central Matsumoto, this restaurant is easy to drop into whether you’re finishing work, meeting friends, or just wandering the neighborhood looking for something satisfying. The atmosphere leans casual and welcoming, with the kind of relaxed energy that makes you want to stay for one more drink and another small plate.

What really stands out here is how naturally food and drinks come together. The menu focuses on sushi and izakaya favorites designed for sharing, so it’s simple to mix a few small plates with a round of drinks. There’s a strong lineup of alcohol options, including beer, cocktails, wine, and spirits, plus genuine sake that pairs beautifully with seafood. Happy-hour drinks add extra appeal for early evenings, while late-night food makes it just as tempting after dark.

Service options are flexible, which fits modern dining habits well. You can enjoy a comfortable dine-in experience, grab takeaway when time is tight, or choose delivery for a relaxed night at home. For groups or special occasions, the availability of a private dining room adds a more personal touch without losing that easygoing izakaya vibe.

The location is another plus. Genuine Sake & Sushi Diner 'uotami' Matsumoto Station is located at Japan, 〒390-0811 Nagano, Matsumoto, Central, 1 Chome−13−2 神澤ビル 1階, making it a convenient stop right in the heart of the city. Whether you’re planning a casual meal, a drinks-first meetup, or a place to unwind, this spot blends approachability with variety in a way that feels effortless.

Inside, the izakaya rhythm feels unforced, with staff keeping things moving while staying friendly and attentive. Plates arrive at an easy pace, drinks are refreshed quickly, and the space suits both quick visits and longer, conversational evenings.
